All services are subject to availability and confirmation.


Reservations and Booking

Reservations may be made by phone, email, or through our website.

To ensure availability, we recommend booking in advance. All reservations are confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our team.

Accurate trip details (pickup time, location, number of passengers, etc.) must be provided at the time of booking.


Payments and Billing

Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your reservation

  • Full payment may be due prior to or upon completion of service

  • Additional charges may apply for extra stops, extended service time, waiting time, or damages

Cancellations and Refunds

Waiting Time and Delays

For airport pickups, we monitor flight status to adjust pickup times when possible.

Additional waiting time beyond the standard grace period may result in extra charges.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.


Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

  • Follow all safety rules and instructions from the driver

  • Respect the vehicle and equipment

  • Avoid illegal activities, smoking (unless permitted), or disruptive behavior

The Company reserves the right to terminate service without refund if passengers violate these conditions.

Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the service.


Prom and Special Event Policy

For prom and special event bookings:

  • A parent or guardian may be required to sign an agreement

  • Alcohol, drugs, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited

  • Drivers have the right to terminate service if safety rules are violated


Limitation of Liability

Limousine in Carmel is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by factors outside our control

  • Lost or forgotten personal belongings

  • Missed flights or appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.


Communications and SMS Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive communications from Limousine in Carmel related to your booking or inquiries.

These communications may include:

  • Written agreements
